Who We Are
At our practice, we unite the expertise and compassionate care of Bharat Sangani, M.D., a specialist in cardiology and cardiovascular disease, with the innovative and holistic approach of a seasoned Nurse Practitioner (NP) who has been at the forefront of acute and primary care since 1995. Our journey began in the heart of healthcare innovation, where our founding principles of professional and personal patient relationships were established. Our collaboration represents a blend of acute medical care and preventative strategies, encouraging healthy lifestyles to ensure the best possible health outcomes for our patients. We are pioneers in our respective fields, and together, we offer a unique healthcare experience that prioritizes patient well-being above all else.
